Start Centrix Phone

1. Download Centrix softphone program from download website and install it on your PC.

2. Start Centrix softphone by Click at Start -> CentrixPhone Client software -> Centrix Phone

Account Login

- Enter your Account and Password in the Login windows.

- Check Save Account and Password to save your account information

- If you don't want to save the password, leave it blank

- Click at OK button.

Make a Call

** Look bottom right side of CentrixPhone windows, to make sure you already connected. Now you ready to make a call

** if you see connect failed, Read at "Login Failed" step bellow to correct your account information

1. Enter the number you wish to call at the "Enter Phone Number" box. Start with 00 + country code + area code + Phone number

Example: Dial a phone number in US: 1-360-227-9999
Enter: 0013602279999 in the "Enter Phone Number" box

2. Click at Dial button to make call

Receive Incomming Call

Any one can call you number when you are online. to know what is the incomming call. you will see follow thing happen

- Your CentrixPhone client ringing

- In centrixPhone screen, look at 2 lines in the middle of windows, there will display ring in at state collum and Unknow or something else at Remote collum.

- Click your mouse at the line with Ring in state to pickup the phone.

- To finish the call, Click Hangup button

Phone Book Ans Quick Dial

There are 8 Quick Dial (One touch) buttons, that will keep your quick dial phone number. using this button, just click on the button you want to dial, CentrixPhone client will help you to dial

- Click at Phone Book button to open One touch and address book windows

Add New Quick Dial

1. Click at Add.. button to open "Add a One Touch Key" windows

2. Select button you want to add

3. Enter easy remember name for the button and enter Phone number of that people.
- If this is telephone number, enter 00 + Country code + area code + Phone number.
- If this is a centrix Number, Just enter the number only

4. Click Save to save this info

5. Click Close to close this windows

Login Failed

1. Look at bottom right conner of CentrixPhone client, if there are Connect Failed display, it mean that your Account username and Password is not correct.

2. To edit your account, Click at Acc/Pin button to open "manage Account" windows

Edit your Account

1. Click in your account to select it

2. Click on Edit... to change your account information

Change Account Information

- Check and Correct your Username (this is centrix account username)

- Check and correct your password. please note that password is number only

- Checked at Save Account and Password to save new account information

- Click Close to close this windows

- When you have done. Please make sure you can see Connected at the bottom right of CentrixPhone client. if you still got problem with this, please email to support@centrixphone.com
