Acceptance

Charges and Payment

You are liable for your account transactions whether or not authorized by you.

We reserved the right to ask you to provide at least 100 points of proof of identity if we allow you to pay our service with credit card.

The per-minute rate is applicable to each call, and subject to change without prior notice.

You cannot convert into or redeem for cash from your account credit.

Your obligations and conduct

In consideration of using our services, you agree to: (a) maintain your account, password or pin number confidentially; (b) provide complete and accurate information about you as prompted by registration form; (c) not to transmit spam or unsolicited communication; (d) not to use this site or service for stalking, threatening , harassing, defamatory, or other objectionable material of any kind, including, without limitation, material that encourages unlawful conduct.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless to the Centrix Communications directors, officers, employees, business partners from all liabilities, claims, and any expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the Materials or (“collective material”), products or services from this site. Centrix Communication or each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

Termination of service

You agree that Centrix Communications reserves its sole discretion to terminate the services for any reason or no reason at all with out prior notice, and shall not be liable to any third-party for any termination of your access to the services.
